- Are all dogs suitable for Home Boarding?

        -We prefer not to take puppies unless they are fully house trained.

        -We do not take incontinent dogs.

        -We do not take dogs that are likely to chew furniture or other household items.

        -Your dog needs to be a friendly family dog to other people and animals to be suitable for Home Boarding.

        -If you are unsure if your dog fits into any of these categories please call and speak to us.

- What will I need to provide for my dog?

        - You will need to provide everything your dog uses on a day to day basis i.e. Food, bedding, lead, biscuits, chews and favourite toys. Also any medication your dog needs.

- Does my dog need to be vaccinated?

        - Yes you should always keep up to date with your dogs vaccinations to protect from illness and disease.

        - Your dog needs to be de wormed and have used a flea treatment.

- What if my dog is ill while I am away?

        - Your dog will be taken to our local vet. The cost of any treatment will be reclaimed from you when you collect your dog.

- When is the fee to be paid for my dogs stay?

        - Once you have confirmed your booking a non refundable 50% deposit is required to secure your booking. This will be deducted from the total bill which is to be paid when you collect your dog.

- Will my dog have access to a garden?

        - Yes at all times during the day.

- Will my dog be kept on it’s lead while on a walk?

        - Yes all dogs will be walked on their leads to ensure their safety at all times.

- Will you be able to use our current routine?

        - Every effort will be made to use your home routine to ensure consistency for the dog and eliminate any stress.

- Do I need to insure my dog?

        - This is not a requirement but we strongly recommend it. All dogs will be covered by 3^rd party liability insurance by us. Any other vet bills incurred during it’s stay to cover illness or injury will be reclaimed from you when you return to collect your dog.   

- Can you walk any dog?
        -As long as the dog is goes on their lead and is able to walk in a reasonable manner then there won't be a problem with walking any breed of dog.
